Particular places make me feel dizzy?

Strange one so I wasn't sure where to put it...

Particular places mahd me feel very dizzy. It's not crowded places or anywhere I should be anxious. Like one today was the toilets and stairs in a shopping centre. I can't work out why I felt that way there. Does anyone else experience this or have any suggestions as to why this happens?

I experience that as well. I notice it a lot at Walmart. I always tend to feel dizzy and have a bit of chest discomfort after walking around in the store. I'm not too sure why, maybe I'm overwhelmed. I think it's very common for those with anxiety.

Could just be places that are outside your comfort zone? I find with stairs that I have to go down them slowly and look at my feet. I did read that as you get older your spatial awareness diminishes so stairs aren't as easy to negotiate without looking.

Stairs I'm normally fine with, this came on suddenly and the room felt like it was twisting and tilting. It's happened before in this place but I'm ok before?
