A while back (or 3-4 weeks ago) I just woke up with tremors and stuff, but I did the bad thing about checking it up on the internet. Thing is I thought I had anxiety and that I had a mental illness so I became hypochondric about that. After about 3 weeks of worry (and DP/DR symptoms I think) I instantly snapped out of my anxiety tremors and such by thinking that it was all a natural reaction to my stress which I was in turn leading myself back into. Problem is, the DP/DR is lingering and I don't know how long it will stay on me, I just feel like a different person who isn't acting like the old 'me', and that reality is all a dream, and that my left arm (mostly, in some cases both) is disconnected from me and it gets so annoying. But I have convinced myself it is all a part of the prolonged stress seen but a small part of my brain is thinking could it be a DP/DR disorder? I've had it for about 5-6 days since I snapped out of my Anxiety. Could it be chronic? Does prolonged anxiety symptoms cause an irreversible change? Anyone got any idea on how long it might last? Thanks,

Thomas
