Hi,
I have had a five months altogether off work this year due to anxiety which was caused by bullying which my employers failed to deal with. I left that job and am now very well. I have just been offered a new job with new employer. It is short term contract and part time and in an area I really want to work in so all round perfect for getting back to work. Have just filled in Occupational Health Form and have been honest about the anxiety and amount of time off work. But I am just worried that they will try to back out of offering me the job giving me the job. I know that if I was disabled they would not be able to do this but as I do not believe I am disabled can they withdraw an offer of a job on basis of declaring this health issue? ( have been very successful in similar previous jobs). thanks... Jx
