I just dyed my hair. I did an allergy test on my skin for 4 hours and nothing happened, but now my scalp is itchy and burns a little bit. I'm having a massive panic attack and I have health anxiety and now I think I'm having an allergic reaction, but maybe I'm just overreacting? Please help me, I'm really freaking out!
