Hi,
I'm almost at my one month off of Duloxetine. So far the withdrawals have been manageable and sometimes unpleasant, but it seems at this point they're finally ebbing away. I still get the odd bout of nausea and sweating, but otherwise, physically I don't feel too bad.
Mentally however is a different story. I can feel myself slipping down day by day, and I wondered if eventually things will stabilise. You have to give these drugs a few weeks to feel the 'good' effects, so I wondered does it work the other way round, should I give myself a few weeks to balance out?
I was considering going back to the dr's and asking to go back on meds, but I don't know what to do.
Thanks for reading.
Lynn.
