hi im back on line now wasn't good for a while, couldn't cope with anything ,felt like I was in a bad place ,but ive managaed to get back into work now even tho everyday is a struggle ,god I hate this anxiety but im fighting it, its upwards all the way ,im glad to be getting back got to keep going, that's enough for now :hugs:
