Worried about being able to feel my heart beat in my neck

I feel my heart beat in my neck a lot. It doesn't happen when I lie down, but usually when I'm sitting up on the sofa watching TV. It's either in the back of my neck or up by the back of my head. It isn't constant but I feel like one heart beat and it'll go away, then a minute later I can feel another thumping heart beat.

It makes me so nervous, anyone else get this?

I get this too. Dunno why either. They did an ECG and found nothing wrong with my heart though.
