Pins and needles in my left arm ALOT!

Another symptom that's appeared for me is my left arm feels on the verge of pins and needles all the time and then I have pins and needles in it a lot, I don't know why and its always panicking me what could it be? :(

I have this A LOT! ie for the last eight months, in my face too quite a bit, its anxiety so try not to worry too much, it will only make it worse :)

Im getting this a lot too mainly in left arm but can get in right arm too also have pain in left arm my dr wants me to rule out too heart test as my ecgs have come bk abnormal. I know pins and needles r a sign of anxiety.

Yeah its anxiety i get it all the time in both hands try not to worry :)
