While i am battling with insomnia again (many times in the past i have), i find myself always being more likely to be anxious in the morning when i do. Recently with the sudafed crap messing up my system (its going slowly though) its back, and i feel terrible right now.
Is anxiety and insomnia often together at the same time?

I was thankfully able to get a bit more sleep last night despite my pounding heart. Going to try and wear myself out today to hopefully get rid of the adrenaline.
I suffered badly with insomnia and the aftermath was bad anxiety,I find relaxation cd,s really help before bedtime
