After my session this morning I was feeling great. My afternoon went well up until the point where I had to go to the Shopping Centre for clothes.

I managed to buy a few things, just tops, jackets for winter and a few shirts and a pair of slacks.

I really wasn't feeling the best shopping today. People kept bumping into me and I was feeling the worst for wear.


I bought some tops, jeans slacks and a few winter jackets. I really didn't feel that good in the shopping Centre

We went into Easons and that's when it really hit. I began really panicking in the bookstore while looking for self-help books.

The sweat was dripping off me and I felt dizzy and sick.

This is kind of the ironic bit. I had the attack while shopping for self-help books.
