Hi, I'm a 34 year old male from Northants who struggles with shyness and confidence and as a result I have had mild depression. I have always been a quiet person and was unable to make any true friends when I was at school and I have struggled ever since. I am at the stage where I realise how important it is to have friends and so I thought I would give this a go. I would ultimately hope to be able to meet up with some people as I find myself sitting at the pc desk far too often!
