Hi everyone, I just joined! Recently started suffering from health anxiety after my mum became ill with cancer again. Or at least I think thats the trigger! Was great to find this website and so much useful info and other people who feel the same as I do!

Im suffering from health anxiety too its awful my brain hurts from the constant thoughts ,was nearly admitted to hospital today seeing a psychiatrist tomorrow lets hope they can come up with something that actually works for me
