Hi, I'm just out of a MH unit, in a hotel that is very isolating and small, waiting for my flat to be fixed (had floods) - I took up Buddhism a couple of years back and now finding it hard to relate to anything, looking for direction really. I'm over 45, just very agoraphobic indeed and the MH unit was hell. I feel like I'm in limbo-land. I have alot of interests,quiet person, had a very interesting life despite aggy since a teen. Nobody seems to understand and they love to stigmatise or belittle me. I have tried almost all therapies. Sorry to be a downer, hope to hear from someone who can relate to anything I've said? Thanks in advance, May :)
