pulsating chest or back

either my chest or back is pulsating. it scares me is it my heart. & i,ve had a bit too much to eat.

Pulsating with a heart beat? Im having a similar thing too. If you are feeling a little agitated you should find something to do to calm down.

no i haven,t got an heart beat with it it just feels like pulsating. it,s gone now though.scary still
