Breathlessness heavy chest

Panicked earlier (previous post).. Have put it down to anxiety attack now well hoping so.. But now if I am lying in bed I feel great but as soon as I stand up my chest feels super heavy and I feel really breathless and have to really try to take deep breaths.. Not helping with heart anxiety :-(

I know how u feel im so anxious at moment awaiting heart tests my gp thinks its anxiety but its worrying still

Of course you are that's normal .. Worrying over your heart is terrible I just expect bad things to happen all the time I keep dreaming about strokes lately too so wake up anxious
