Back of neck tingling when swimming

Dunno if i ever mentioned that i am a fairly experienced swimmer. Today i went for a swim for the purpose of calming my anxiety down and hopefully eliminate the adrenaline in my system. While i was doing so my back neck was tingling when looking forward in the pool while swimming.

It has been rather stiff lately (cracks often too), but is this anxiety or what?

Not anxiety - a stiff neck I would say.

My neck is quite tense to be quite honest.
