Hi everybody,
I have posted on here before regarding night time panic attacks.
These attacks did improve over time, and I was able to sleep okay for some time. :yesyes:
However, over the past six weeks they have returned and knocked me off kilter.
That dreadful feeling of fear when waking in the middle of the night, sweating and heart beating twice as fast. Thinking this is it, I'm on my way out! Then gradually returning to normal and trying to sleep again; IT is back. :weep:
Now, to be honest, I am under a fair bit of stress right now. I lost my job, which in turn has put strain on my relationship. I've been worried about my daughter who has school issues. So I think this has brought about the return of the night panic attacks, stress seems to cause panic issues.
I will try to beat this again. I have done it once, without the help of meds etc. I will start by sorting the stress and then hopefully the panic will become less frequent.
Anybody reading this who suffers similar attacks, hang on in there. It will get better! :winks:

Yes, in fact it is often the first I know about being more stressed than usual...
