Sunday night I went on a date, had a lovely time. We got on very well. Since tho I've been waking in the morning feeling anxious about getting close. Think I'm feàring rejection or getting hurt. I'm currently on day 2 of mirtazapine aswell xx

The only way to not get hurt by rejection is to not get too attached or too close. And whilst dating it's very easy to get carried away with emotions. Just take each date as it comes but remember to enjoy them.

Don't worry about the anxiety, I remember dating used to heighten my anxiety because it was all so new. You're worried about saying and doing the wrong thing or getting carried away. If it doesn't work then hey ho, carry on with your life and wait for the next date to come along, if it does work then bonus! The anxiety is normal so ride with it :)
