Face feels like its sunburnt...

Has anyone else experienced this? My face feels like its on fire and sunburnt, but isn't...I feel lightheaded too? Is this an anxiety thing or something i should pay attention to?

It's anxiety. This is exactly how I felt yesterday, all day long until I was in the safety of my home again! My face gets really hot (or so it seems to me) because if I have someone else feel my face they say it feels normal lol. My face also gets really red too. I get light headed and dizzy, or off balance a lot aswell. I don't think you need to worry.:winks:
