I am Dave, 43 years of age from Shropshire in the UK. Been having Anxiety, panic and depression for the last 4 and a half years. I have been on all sorts of medication and had loads of the usual therapies like CBT,Hypnosis, EFT etc etc. Feel like now i have to find my solution on my own and stop looking for the reason why i feel the way i do and just accept it...which as you know is hard.
Currently taking 150mg of Lyrica (pregabalin) a day. (at night).
I have become very sympathetic for other sufferers as i had never understood mental conditions before i had mine.
Married with two daughters and two dogs.
