Today is a really tough day, feel so exhausted and emotionally overwhelmed. I am causing so many problems to my loved ones. I drank last night and did a terrible thing to a friend. :( I know i have to live with the consequences but i feel so guilty. My boyfriend was so supportive and gave me some tough love to stop me drinking. I do love him even though i cause him so much pain :(. Have taken any drugs in three days and havent cut in two. Even if i did do any of this i just dont have the physical energy to do it. I am feeling numb??
