Newly signed up :) Am 33. Been living with panic attacks and depression for about 10 years. They started as a response to finding out my dad had become homeless in a period when we weren't in touch due his general alcoholism.
Am here to offer help to other sufferers as I have found a lot of things that help, but also to get help myself as I still find it debilitating - especially when it comes to things like flying or taking the tube!
