Sorry if this has been posted here before but I'm sure new members would like to see if changing their diet can help lessen the effects of their anxiety.

Irritatingly they are all the nicest things to eat or drink. I wish someone would bash salad for a change.

The only thing I have from that list is the odd takeaway so I don't think my diet contributes towards my anxiety

I agree they all contribute negatively towards health on every level but , I don't smoke nor drink so for me a coffee & a slice of Victoria sponge adversely help me when I'm having a bad one.

good info, stopped drinking myself and has helped a lot although still not great with anxiety.

I don't touch caffine, trying to stop drinking, can't give the rest up.

The only one I am guilty of is sugar but I wouldn't say I have a lot of sugary food.
