New here- Panic attacks

Hi,

I'm new here! Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 20 and I've suffered from panic attacks since being a young child, however the last few months they have got a lot worse, I have experienced a lot of physical symptoms which have given me health anxiety, and also developed fears of going places/walking anywhere on my own! Anyone else experiencing this?

Is anyone else on propranolol for panic attacks?

hi, I was given this a couple of weeks ago because my panic was out of hand and I tried it but it made things worse for me, made me feel more spaced out and groggy so Im not taking it any more. Of course its like all meds, they work differently on different people so that may not happen to you. Im having enough side effects with my new ADs without the added effects of the propranalol.

It works for me but it makes me very tired? been taking it for two months now and trying to wean myself off it!
