Help!? Anyone who suffers with bad anexity

Right so in going away tomorrow & I can't stop panicing incase something happens why I'm over there like I get a appendicitis or I end up in hospital abroad I suffer with real bad anexity anyway I'm just so scared & can't stop myself from feeling like this I'm making myself feel dizzy & gettin head aches & head pains :( how am I Gona coap abroad? I'm not even there yet I also don't sleep well in any other bed apart from my own every time I shut my eyes I get a dizzy sensation :( xxx

Yeah but it's not about any if that I don't wana end up in hospital abroad I'm so scared its unreal x

Why would you though? It is highly unlikely that you would to be honest.

Are you ill now? Do you have symptoms that make you think you are going to be ill etc?

I have never know a single person go on holiday and end up in hospital so the statistics are heavily in your favour not to have a hospital visit.

Don't ruin the holiday over this - it really isn't worth it.

I'm not ill no, its just my anexity it really plays with my head & I'm struggling to battle it gives me all sorts of symptoms like dizziness headaches head pains ect xx
