Really am fed up with feeling ill, I can't enjoy anything at the moment,
Today I went out and have come back feeling so bad I am in bed.
I am trying but its making me feel bad.
Its the lightheaded/dizzy feeling I cant cope with, i'm so scared of passing out I feel sick and shaky with worry, I know its a vicious circle and the worry is making it worse but I can't stop it.
I really don't know what else to do.
I know I should speak to doctor but i'm too scared to go, just the thought of sitting in the waiting room sets me off.:weep:
