New to site in need of help

Hi
Hoping this site will me combat panic disorder and anxiety. Can't work. Live in fear of panic attacks . Been on Prozac 3 weeks and after I thought I was improving I have had a few days where my fear and anxiety is constant. Have been referred for cbt but there is a waiting list. I feel low and worried I will never work again . Hoping to find like minded people for support. I also have health anxiety as well .

One of the worst facets of anxiety is how we are tricked into thinking we will never again do things that once seemed completely normal and straightforward. It will all come back, I'm sure, it takes time and hard work. You are in the right place for support and sympathy.
