Will this ever end

After 5 nights without my heart has been racing for 3 hrs now starting at 5:30 when It woke me up can't slow it down at all I'm so tired want to sleep but can't I've had enough Its been 2 months now its affecting my functioning.

Sorry to hear that you are struggling at the moment.

I have been in your position many times and it's awful, however it will pass, but you got to work at it.

Are you on any meds or have you spoken to your GP?

I can almost get on top of mine now when it happens, don't feed it with your fear. Do nothing, don't try and fight it, I know, easier said than done.

Have you had the racing heart which woke you up? I'm on anti d's and increased them which gave me 5 nights without it but its back with a vengeance. There's no trigger to it I can't predict it will happen but it scares me so much it's just racing like mad. Had 24 hr ECG waiting for results scared its a heart condition :(

My gp game me beta blockers to stop the racing heart. I also have used Khalms for stress to help with anxiety
I've been woken up with anxiety lately too
if I have a anxious day it's worse at night
