Hi there, I wanted to say hi and introduce myself as I have been reading posts from this site for years but never had the courage to join and post...but here I am!
Firstly a huge thank you to everyone who shares, and lets others see insights into the challenges we can all face with having panic/anxiety. It's so good to hear others stories and understand a bit more about it all!
I've had panic disorder and a complex phobia for over 12 years now and it's been a struggle, finally got a fantastic CBT therapist who helped me in the right place a few years back & went on escitilapram- which I have just come off! Not doing too great at the mo & hence why I'm here...I will look for other threads to do with that but I just wanted to say hello and looking forward to chatting with you!
