my chest went tight

i was sitting at my laptop & to be honest sitting abit funny then i all of a sudden the sides of my chest went a bit tight. but it scared me right away & i went sweaty for a split second then went ok. but now keep thinking about it. & the kids am playing up bad & they just don,t listen. im feelong stressed at the moment..

Hi. This is exactly what started my anxiety two months ago. My chest went tight a few times left side,.went hot.and sweaty, light headed then it stopped.

Ive been a mess ever since and nothing has.happened (had 4 Ecgs). You will be fine x

I know its not a nice feeling I get this regular its awful,i get this a lot :scared15: I hope it passes and you feel better soon
