Often times i get this feeling of a "jolt" in my neck. It jolts it back and i can't tell if its from nerves or something else. It doesn't cause any pain and my neck is often quite stiff (cracks quite a bit sometimes).
Does anyone have any experience with this? I do feel it and sometimes i feels like a thump, it usually occurs when moving.
