room for a newbie?

hello all, just found this site, ive struggled with depression, panic attacks for 12 yrs now. Began to self harm last year, been seeing a psych for a few months, and have struggled with drink, self medicating for many of the 12 yrs. Am now on 225mg venlalic, and looking to find others who I can talk about my illness with, without being judged. Look forward to meeting you all. L x

I suffer with anxiety and panic disorder and am a newbie also, hope we both find the support we need!:)
