HELP...best meds?

Really want to try medication but scared incase it makes me worse!
Been prescribed Fluoxetine from my doctor, has this helped anyone else?

Fluoxetine or Prozac has been prescribed millions of times and helps a variety of mental illnesses including panic attacks.

Combining drug therapy with some other therapy like CBT or psychotherapy can be very beneficial in controlling your symptoms.

Yes im suffering badly with panic attacks and general anxiety, some days are worse than others but often have some form of anxiety everyday. How do u cope?

Its mentally draining and an everyday struggle!
