head pain

I have
Ear pressure /pain
Funny vision in one eye
Feelings of hot and cold water in head
Feel very unsteady and tried the marching on the spot for 30 secs with eyes shut and was all over the place
VERY tired and spaced out
NO concentration at all
Numbness in face as if I've been to the dentist
Headaches on the same side which feel hot and sore scalp :(
Sore and very stiff neck/arm
These are all in right side(

Hello there, it sounds like you are having some problems, have you spoken to a dr in regard to your symptoms at all, there could be many reasons for what you are experiencing, inner ear issues, sinus problems etc i would go and have a chat with your dr and get sorted then you can be symptom free blessings
