Know I'm crazy because it's always something new
I'm.having bad back, stomach and leg pains. I.saw.a.doctor today.and.he examined my stomach, listened to it.through.a stethoscope and wasnt worried.

But obviously I am! Pain is still there, could I have.internal bleeding and.not know.it. Would he.have noticed anything like that?.im terrified of peritonitis :(

Unless you've involved in a auto accident where your body has been thrown hard against the dash or you've been in a street fight and kicked and dragged through the alleys... i.e. physically traumatized not a chance.

Without a doubt YES! There would be pronounced bruising and swelling where your body and underlying organs were traumatized.
