Hi,
I was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation about 2 years ago. I find hard to believe because I'm quite a fit 54 year old, who plays tennis, football and goes to the gym twice a week. These events of AF come about once a month especially when I'm sleep. I get a kick in my chest and pulse shoots up, irregularly but it always goes back to normal after 6-10 hours. I had tests done and my heart is ok and my cardiologist says that I'm still 'young' but I'm worried and also a bit depressed.
