my top tip would have to be to eat as healtily as posible, before when my panic was worse,i was eating a lot of stodgy food packed with carbs, like bread and potatoes and pasta. Now i eat a lot of salad and fresh fruit etc. and when i eat pasta which i CANT give up, i eat about half of what i used to eat. Anyone who is suffering, try it!!

I've noticed the exact same thing. I'm addicted to chocolate but the more I eat, the worse I feel. Fresh fruit, veg and fish make me feel so much less anxious.

stodgy foods cause me to get indegestion and heart burn which is so horrible, im not saying that i dont eat chocolate- after all, i am female!!
