For those that have difficulty believing their symptoms are anxiety related, please take a look at this LIST OF SYMPTOMS. (http://www.anxietycentre.com/anxiety-symptoms.shtml)

In the short time I've been visiting these boards, I've seen about 90% of them mentioned in one form or another.

Great list, although I'm shocked to see over-sleeping was missed off :-( I must be the odd one out hehe.

Hi izzy

yes i would say so, when your anxiety or panic attacks take hold your body uses up all excess ENERGY leaving you exhausted, hungry and thirsty, and that's were fatigue comes into play exhausted from what your body has went through using up all energy, i've seen myself eating my dinner then an hour or so later Bang! Panic attack then once it's took it's course I'm starving again and my partner thinks I'm greedy lol.

Thank you for posting this, I took a look and I too have many of the symptoms listed. Most of these symptoms are what triggers my panic. Its exhausting at times, but I feel comforted that these are quite common. I sometimes feel as though I am the only one in the world that feels the way I do.

Really interesting, thanks for opting.
What I'm curious about is whether you can have these symptoms for days or even weeks at a time and them still be attributed to anxiety, or whether they only apply for short periods when a person is having an anxiety "attack".
