Tight/squeezing knot right above belly button.. Ibs??

Today I was fine then went for a bm and next min I go this horrible really tight/squeezing pain right above belly button like some1 was squeezing it so so tight I old move with it...

Anyone had this?? Also were the tight knot was my stomach was bubbly/gurgling

Today the worse has settled but still feels a bit tender like I've been doing sit up's all night just right across below ribs :(
