anyone had a cystoscopy

I'm not sure if I have spelt it right but it's a camera to look into the bladder , I keep getting water infections and my doctor is sending me for this test a bit extrem I think I don't know how common this test is for women but from what I have read up on it it's only to rule out the worst case now I'm terrified I hope there is someone here who could give me some more information on this test .x

ive had one because i was getting blood in my urine its not painful at all just a little bit uncomfortable and it was over so quick please dont worry x
