I have been told from the CBT person that I'm now addicted to 10mg a day as I had been taking it 10mg a day for a month and I stoped after my 56 tawabs had run out. I stoped on the Friday and my the tuesday my head was gone, I had to have a few days off work and the crisis team told me to go back on straight away, the panic and anxiety I had last week which was really bad, the CBT person told me its was because i went cold turkey, hence why they told me to go back on. . So now tapering off this very addictive drug if you can help it try to avoid it. I know for most ist now part of the daily life. I cutting down slowly a bit at a time. Started on 7.5mg this week.
