temple pain.

hi everyone, does anyone else get pain in there left temple it comes and goes it really bad pain lasts for seconds. im scared it summit serious.

I get it all the time. Just had it now. Its sharp and really painfull but only lasts seconds. I get it on both side of head/temples.Had it on and off 4 7months everytime i go to GP they say its anxiety/stress xx
