Heart symptoms acid reflux?

I'm really nervous.. I had a salad with onion Etc for lunch and then rushed out the house.. I stated to get chest pains which made nervous and anxious and I got dizzy so panicked and had to come home.,

Since I have been burping but the chest pain radiated down my arm and in my back which is making me panic.. My breathing feels heavy and shallow and in quenching. I scared something is wrong withy heart!!! And my throat feels quite tight

Also when I get out if lifts I become extremely dizzy and feel like I'm bouncing up and down :-( just a nervous mess ATM..

You have made the connection with the food yourself... so I bet it is that.

Many years ago I had a panic attack with all these symptoms and was convinced it was my heart. I think for me, I reproduce the symptoms I know the most about - and we are all told what to watch out for.

It certainly could be acid, so I'd pop and see your doctor for a chat in any case.

Yes I have exact same thing from eating cheese and pickle onion this morning white onion it the worst ever to start of acid x
