In the last few weeks I have been having Panic attacks where I end up on the floor with a bag so I don't hyperventilate. A few months before that I was getting Sinking feelings in the chest. This all was happening only when sitting down or lying down. On Monday I had my ears syinged because they were completly blocked on the inside with wax and you couldn't see my ear drums the doctors said. Now that my ears are clear the doc said it will take them a couple weeks to settle down. I haven't had any actuall panic attacks now but still get scary symtoms. Could the blocked ears really have been giving me Panic attacks?? If so in the next week or so will my symtoms be gone alltogether? Or could it be just plain anxiety and the ears were just making it worse?
