FBC results

Hello guys...I just got my FBC results back and i am going to the doctor on Monday but i can't wait until then.. i am terrified..

My Haemoglobin is 13.5 (Reference range: 14-17)
My Red blood cells are 4.67 * 10^6 μl (Reference Range: 5-6 *10)

My platelets are 154 * 10^3 per μl (Reference Range: 150-400)

White cells: 7.9 10^3 per μl Reference Range: 4.5-10.5)

My neutrophils are 45% (Reference Range: 60-70)

and Lymphocytes are 44% (Reference Range:25-35)

MCV, MCH and MCHC are normal

Haematocrit is in the lowest Reference Range

and since i have read those, i think i feel pressure on my neck and my lymph nodes are swollen.

Is it just a panic attack??
