Hey my names Natalie im 23 and have a 11month old daughter. I've always had problems with anxiety since I can remember. After having my daughter I started having panic attacks and everyday I still feel on edge and have symptoms even when I don't have a panic attack :(. Hi Natalie, hope you well. Ive had anxiety attacks from the age of 10 and still get them but I don't let them rule my life, they can be annoying a times but generally I beat them. Pete x:hugs:
