newbie here! cant take it nooooo more

Hi im new on here iv suffered with anxiety for 17 years does it get any better???? Wow i havnt slept properly for 2 weeks now i cant function i have children i cant be bothered with life iv recently started getting pins and needles in hands and feet is this a symptom? And also when im drifting off to sleep i get a funny feeling in my head like blood is running through it quick then i jolt up ! I have to go on medication iv relised:((
