Right now as I type this I've got a sharp stabbing pain on my left side I have a dip chest and my heart is on the left side of my chest it's a stabbing oain had it about 1 minute constant it's fading a bit but I had if about an hour ago and it's come back, I have slight neck pain and my left arm feels numbing and tingly hands
