For the past few weeks I wake up at 4am without fail, feeling shaky and panicky and can't fall back to sleep until I calm down. Sometimes I feel my heart pounding and out of breath. It's got to the point where I dread going to bed at night because I know how terrible I'm going to feel in the morning.
Anyone else? Is there a connection with anxiety and depression and 4am?
