Anxious lu

I have been anxious again lately..
My latest worry is my legs the muscle twitches I used to differ from in my legs seems to have returned! Especially at night.. But the scariest thing is what's happened right now..
My feet are under the quilt and feel really hot.. And now my roght foot feels like it it boiling hot and there is a lack of circulation a kinda buzzing / numb sensation!! I am terrified right now of things like ms!! It feels like its getting worse it seems to only bother me at night in the feet/foot..
If I let my foot cool it settles a bit !!
I'm so stressed and upset over it

Now I'm up walking about its scared me that much and it's stopped? Bet it starts when I lay again

I want to add I've been on my feet all day did a 9 hour shift
